Thanks to all at Mickledore for helping me achieve this ambition. I am a lifelong lover of the hills and this journey has been the culmination of that love. But also a renewed commitment to be amongst them.  The logistics you planned for me were flawless and the advice and support you offered gratefully received.

We believe there is a real person at the other end of the email; we felt confident that we would have been supported if we had encountered any problems and we gathered from talking with B&B owners that they have a good relationship with you too.

By my reckoning, there have been nine walking holidays so far.  Earlier this year I completed the latest one.  The Pennine Way in celebration of my 70th birthday.  On this, as with all my other walks, I found the arrangements to be faultless.  This is why I keep returning to Mickledore.  It means that I can start each walk with complete confidence that the only thing that could go wrong is me!  My thanks to all at Mickledore!
