Travel Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual committed to the highest standards of customer service to join our small and busy team.

You will be responsible for answering enquiries, helping customers to choose their holiday and ensuring they book the itinerary that is right for them.

You will follow up enquiries and ensure that every customer has the very best experience possible, whenever they interact with the company. You will answer questions from customers who are on holiday resolving any issues that may arise.

You will take part in the rota to cover the out of hours service, currently one weekend in ten, and one evening in ten.

The role is based in Keswick in Cumbria but you are likely to be working partly from home and partly in the office depending on the needs of the business.

Salary is in the range £24,000 to £26,000 pa plus bonus up to £2,000 pa

Applicants must have enthusiasm for and good knowledge of walking in the hills and countryside of the UK, excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office product range and fast and accurate data entry and typing skills.
