Travel Consultant £19,000 – £23,000 p.a.

You will be responsible for answering enquiries, helping customers to choose their holiday and ensuring they book the itinerary that is right for them. You will ensure that every customer has the very best experience possible, whenever they interact with the company.

Operations Consultant £19,000 – £23,000 p.a.

Our Operations Consultants make all the arrangements for our fabulous walking holidays. You will be responsible for making accommodation and transfer bookings for our customers’ chosen itineraries to ensure that their holiday operates as smoothly as possible, and exceeds their expectations. You will be allocated specific routes and will become an expert on these.

The posts are mainly based in our Keswick office but as we emerge from the pandemic you are likely to be working partly from home and partly in the office. Both of these posts will require some fieldwork, including walking one of the routes each year. Applicants must have excellent communication and computer skills, an ability to work under pressure, accurate data entry skills, and experience in a customer facing role.
