Professional, responsive and a very well-organised self-guided tour. This was particularly important as I was travelling from abroad and travelling alone. Realistically, I could never have made the arrangements as seamless as Mickledore did. Excellent in every respect.
You have always lived up to, and frequently exceed our expectations. You always respond quickly to requests, with good suggestions and whoever we speak with always seems to have our information to hand – so no explaining things over and over!
