The service was flawless. At the end of a long day of walking the last thing a person wants to think about is “is my reservation correct and will my bag be there”. I would for sure use them again for my future adventures. They did a perfect job. Communication was easy, responded fast to emails. The travel kit contains everything you need and more… Nice app as well so you don’t need to bring extra documents with you.
