I thought Mickledore was terrific, would definitely recommend you to others (and have already). Everything about the trip was fine, and *before* the trip I was impressed by how quickly and accurately you responded to all my e-mails. Our favorite B&B was the first, Fellcroft, in Corbridge, just because the proprietor (whose name I’ve forgotten!) was SO warm and welcoming. Other proprietors were perfectly nice, but this one was really a pleasure to stay with.

Read more >We have been on many walking holidays and have always used Mickledore. They are easily contactable. Provide superb information and only book good B&Bs, which they check regularly. What we like most is that they themselves do the walks, so they know exactly what they are like.
