The excellent email and phone communication during the planning process got things off to an organised start. As this was my first distance walk ever I appreciate all your efforts enormously. I went from being a very unsure/nervous walker the first morning in Corbridge to being quite sorry to put down my backpack and walking sticks in Carlisle. Thank You.
