Everything was laid out well. All of our needs were taken care of. The information on the Itinerary, especially with regard to meals, was exactly what we needed. The response once we had made our decision on which package was perfect. We got the response in enough time so that had we need to make any changes we could have. We felt confident that Mickledore would have assisted in any way to make our trip fit our needs. We will use Mickledore again.
