Hadrians Wall Walk
Coast to Coast from Wallsend, near Newcastle, to the Solway Firth beyond Carlisle, the route follows the Roman Wall for its entire length. Lots of history and great scenery too.

Most of our client feedback quotes are taken from responses to this questionnaire, and the rest from unsolicited emails.In 2011 over 70% of our clients returned their forms. We were very impressed in all the B&B’s - everybody was friendly, the packed lunches were all very complete, there was not one B&B that wasn’t good. We had great breakfasts. We really want to give you our compliments for composing such a personal travelling program and finding such nice B&B’s. We had such a very nice holiday arranged by Mickledore. And especially for Dutch travellers I really must say that everything was very well taken care of. All the accommodations we stayed at were lovely. So I am sure that you are able to please much more Dutch people.

Would you use Mickledore again? Absolutely - and will, and HAVE, recommended to friends! Coming from so far away (Australia) and this walk being two months into our five month (retirement) extensive holiday we were absolutely delighted and relieved that all your service and accommodation bookings worked like clockwork. Without your attention and flexibility (you accommodated our schedule changes etc to fit in with our other travel arrangements) our holiday would not have been as successful and enjoyable as we experienced.
