With flexibility in mind, we keep the standard
holidays to the basics - maps, guidebooks/route
descriptions, and accommodation. On top of
that you have the option to take advantage
of the other services we provide, listed here
under "Optional Services ".
The Standard package includes:
- Ordnance Survey Maps (1:25000) with the Lorton route marked.
- A Route Description, giving detailed descriptions and background information to accompany the map.
- Overnight Bed and Breakfast accommodation, personally inspected and selected by us, including a cooked breakfast every morning.
- Detailed instructions and maps of how to find your accommodation from the route each day.
- An individual itinerary setting out each overnight stop and all other arrangements. Transport from Keswick to your starting point.
- A Personal Briefing before you set off, going over the route, and giving you a chance to ask any questions.
- Transport from Keswick to Whinlatter Pass to the start of your walk .
Optional
Services:-
- Luggage Transport between each overnight stop.
- Packed Lunches for each day's walking (recommended on this holiday - there will not always be a handy shop or cafe on the route).
